A Note to Parents & Caregivers
We pride ourselves on our adaptability and commitment to excellence in every aspect of our service. Explore what we have to offer and how we can contribute to your success.
Dear Parents and Caregivers,
Supporting your loved one through their career journey is both meaningful and, at times, challenging. While career goals such as securing a job or choosing a major are important, much of the growth that happens in career counseling is not always immediately visible. There is an internal, often unseen process taking place—one that involves self-discovery, building confidence, clarifying values, and strengthening decision-making skills.
We understand that it can feel unsettling to trust a process when concrete outcomes are not always immediate. However, this reflective work is essential in helping individuals make informed, meaningful, and sustainable career decisions. Progress may not always look linear, but it is happening in important and lasting ways.
With the permission of your loved one, we welcome caregivers to join the final 15 minutes of a session. This allows space for shared understanding, open dialogue, and alignment of support systems. We also encourage ongoing conversations between you and your loved one, as your support plays a critical role in their growth and confidence.
Thank you for your partnership and trust in this process. Together, we can support your loved one in building a career path that aligns with who they are and where they are going.
Warmly,
Rosaria Pipitone, LAPC
