Do you give my resume to companies?
No, as career consultants, we do not act as recruiters or headhunters representing candidates. However, we do provide you with the tools and guidance to become the strongest applicant possible.
Can you tell me what career I should pursue?
We do not directly recommend specific careers to clients. Instead, we equip you with tools such as assessments to help identify occupations that align with your interests, skills, and values.
How fast can you help me get a job or new career?
I wish I had the answer to the million-dollar question! Career support is highly personalized and depends on factors like industry, experience, location, and the client’s level of effort. The more consistent you are in your job search, the better the results you’ll see.
Do I need to commit to a certain number of sessions?
There’s no long-term commitment — we can meet just once if you’d like. However, I also offer career coaching packages for clients who want more focused support with their job search.
Can my parent or caregiver join the session?
Yes, parents and caregivers may join the session with the client’s permission. I prefer that parents join during the last 15 minutes of the session. Before attending, parents and caregivers are encouraged to review the parent/caregiver information page and to discuss session details directly with the client. While I am ethically obligated to maintain client confidentiality, I welcome parents and caregivers to join with any questions about the process.
How are payments made?
Payments are due at the end of each session and can be made via Venmo or Zelle. If you prefer to pay by check, please let me know during the intake process so arrangements can be made.
What is your cancellation policy?
Clients must provide 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid a $50 fee.
